Ladislava got her Master’s Degree in Psychology at Charles University in Prague. She has been in the Executive Search business since 1995. Before joining ALTRO Management Consultants as a Managing Partner she started her professional career as a HR specialist in an international FMCG company and later on she worked for two international Executive Search firms as a Consultant and Senior Consultant.* Within ALTRO Management Consultants she is responsible for Executive Search, Management Audit, Outplacement and Customer Relations Management. Ladislava speaks Czech, German and English.

Irena got her Master´s Degree at the University of J. A. Komenský, study program andragogy, specialization HR management. Before starting her professional career in personnel consulting, Irena had worked as a specialist in the public administration for 9 years. In ALTRO Management Consultants she is responsible for personnel and management audits and programs of the Third Career Project.

Helena got her Master’s degree at Charles University in Prague (Teachers College). Before joining ALTRO Management Consultants she worked for several multinational companies in management positions with responsibility for area of management development. Within ALTRO Management Consultants she is responsible for Executive Search, Outplacement and Business Development. Helena speaks Czech and English.

Marketa got her Master´s Degree at the International Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law. Before starting her professional career in personnel consulting, she had worked as a Sales Manager in a advertising agency for 5 years. Also, she had worked as a qualified assistant in a law office for several years. In ALTRO Management Consultants she is responsible for Expert Service and Business Development.
